        If you're in San Jose, CA or nearby, I hold a weekly circle on Monday evenings as well as sound healings and in-person workshops to talk about how we can build self-awareness as a tool to reduce stress and improve life overall. This is a place where you’ll find women who understand the challenges and joys of midlife. Here, you’re not just another member; you’re part of a circle that values your wisdom, strength, and individuality. This is small group setting and all are welcome! Join us!

        Preparing for a Challenging Conversation
        Workshop

        This workshop focuses on navigating such conversations without triggering ourselves or others. Using simple techniques, you’ll learn to approach dialogue with empathy, clarity, and respect. The goal is not to win but to foster mutual understanding. These tools can help create meaningful connections and make challenging conversations feel constructive—even enjoyable.

        Job Crafting

        Finding joy and alignment with work isn’t always easy. I mean, really, life is constantly changing and so is the work environment, right. Especially if we’ve been in the role for a while and it just isn’t as exciting as it was the first day. Especially for those of us who have worked in a number
        of jobs, finding a good fit that still engages us can be a challenge.

        Maybe, just maybe, there’s another way to look at how we work.

        Free Friday Mindfulness

        Friday Mornings at 8 AM PT we gather on Zoom for 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation.
